How it works

Reach out via phone or email with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful but not required.

Our team will assess the issue within 1–2 business days and offer a solution — whether that’s a free remake or replacement.

Your corrected shade ships within 5–7 business days with free shipping. We’ll send you a prepaid return label for the original if needed.

Fit guarantee: If your custom shade doesn’t fit your window as ordered, we will remake it at no cost to you. This covers manufacturing errors and measurement discrepancies.
Defective products: Shades with material defects, motor malfunctions, or operational issues will be replaced free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges & returns: Because each shade is custom-made to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns. We strongly recommend ordering free fabric swatches before purchasing to ensure you love your selection.
Cancellations: Once an order is placed, production begins immediately and the order cannot be cancelled. Our team begins cutting and assembling your custom shade right away to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Free swatches: Not sure about a fabric? Order up to 5 free swatches shipped to your door at no cost. This is the best way to see and feel the material before committing to a full shade.
